These toys are our creations, which we manufacture in Switzerland!

Interview

Hemp toys are machine washable (delicate cycle) or hand washable with warm water and mild soap. You can air dry them or tumble dry them.

Je ne suis pas fan des sachets à crottes que j'ai reçus. Ils se déchirent beaucoup trop facilement, et une bonne partie finit à la poubelle...

Quant au jouet que j'ai reçu, je le trouve un peu cher.

Sinon satisfaite et je commanderai tout de même une prochaine box.

Je vais transmettre cette information à notre fournisseur pour garantir une meilleure qualité à l’avenir. Votre remarque est précieuse !

Concernant le jouet, je souhaitais partager une petite anecdote : il est fabriqué à la main en chanvre, ici-même par mes soins. Ce matériau naturel, durable et respectueux de l’environnement a été choisi pour offrir une alternative saine aux jouets traditionnels. Je comprends cependant que le prix peut sembler élevé, mais il reflète justement ce travail artisanal et l’utilisation de matériaux écologiques. Votre retour m’encourage à toujours mieux expliquer cette démarche à nos clients. 😊

Je suis ravie de savoir que vous restez globalement satisfaite et que vous envisagez une nouvelle commande. Je ferai en sorte que la prochaine box soit encore plus adaptée à vos attentes et celles de votre loulou !
