Returns, Cancellations, and Withdrawal
Do you wish to cancel an order, request a return, or exercise your right of withdrawal?
You can submit your request directly from your customer account.
Log in with the email address used when placing your order. A login code will be sent to you by email. Then select the relevant order and follow the on-screen steps to request a cancellation or return.
A confirmation will be sent to you by email once your request has been submitted.
Order cancellation
You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of its validation.
After this period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed, especially if the order has already been prepared, customized, manufactured, or shipped.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Personalized items, custom-made items, or items that have already been used cannot be returned, except in case of a defect or an error on our part.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
